THREE KIND OF SHEPHERDS

Shepherds are animal managers for fields and pastures


It has one kind that pulls their animals
It has one kind that drive their animals
It has one kind that is just followed by their animals

As a business owner I realize people live by the same principle
Some employees you have to pull and coax along
Some employees you have to drive along
Then some employees just follow you along

This is where throat cut and job cuts come into play
After an employer gets tired of pulling, its time butchering
After an employer gets tired of driving, its time for transferring
After an employer gets tired of being followed, its time for retiring

Growing up managing live stock, another name given to slaves
It was training at an early age to be a leader and an employer
It is the same principle only now not on animals but on people
If your going to run you have to learn to crawl first

It is still management of field and pasture, gang wars over turf
It is still providing medication and instead of veterinarian it is doctor services
It is still providing protection by security and insurance
Instead of cutting grass in dry weather time, it is cutting unemployment checks

All the instinctual knowledge I have gained over the years
It did not happen over night, yet it was like yesterday
I did this as a child and here I am doing it today
Some things will never change and certain sensations will never change
